I can’t even tell you how much this screwed with me as a teen. I spent a whole decade of my life trying to prove myself to people determined to see me negatively. If you’re a teen and you’re reading this just live your life. Like what you like and if someone tells you its dumb it’s because they’re an asshole. There’s nothing wrong with you.
